Once again, the U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the Obamacare tax subsidies under President Barack Obama's arguably big government Affordable Care Act of 2010, in a ruling that, while allows it healthcare for millions of low-income Americans, is increasing premium costs and deductable for middle-class working families who now struggle to keep their coverage or find a new insurer.

Many believe Judge Roberts is a major disappointment and a closet leftist who wants to prop up a failed and dishonest president.

But a number of veteran police officials and prosecutors believe that the Supreme Court is damaging its credibility with each passing day. Some believe that such a court is obviously open to using the U.S. Constitution to achieve the goals of politicians such as Obama, Hillary Clinton, Elizabeth Warren and other so-called closeted socialists.

The justices decision was 6-3, with Chief Justice John Roberts who admitted in the ruling that he didn't want to dismantle ACA also called Obamacare. This ruling follows a number of others that have provided legal victories for the socialism-leaning Barack Obama in decisions that are considered more political than constitutional.

The Supreme Court has provided Obama with his most significant domestic victories. While most media outlets covered the Obamacare decision, few of those news outlets mentioned that on the same Thursday the court ruled in favor of Obama's housing law which even liberals found an unexpected victory that saves what the administration uses to fight housing bias.

This decision, like those having to do with law enforcement and criminal justice, is nothing but one branch of government with nine unelected, black robed lawyers -- who spend more time during confirmation hearings trying to fool the Senators and the American people -- propping up a failed left-wing president who possesses a history of ties with communists and radical Democrats, according to a former NYPD detective and criminal justice professor, S. Johnson Brecker.

"Notice that when a Republican president appoints a judge who tries to sound conservative to the nation's highest court, somehow they seem to move to the liberal-left side of the panel. I can't remember one instance when a Democrat appointed a judge to the Supreme Court and that person moved to the right, which is a strict interpretation of the U.S. Constitution," added Iris Aquino, a former police undercover investigator. Why did they steal the cards?   All they have to do is walk across the border or even drive.  Obama has told the border patrol they can't pick any one up and if they do they are just turned lose again.  Supposedly we have about 11 million illegals when Obama took office if we don't have 30 Million right now I would be surprised.  Obama does nothing to stop the illegal and we have real uneployment of 10.8 %  http://www.portalseven.com/employment/unemployment_rate_u6.jsp

As U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) notes, a Border Crossing Card (BCC) "is acceptable as a stand-alone document (by itself) only for travel from Mexico by land, or by pleasure vessel or ferry. Together with a valid passport, though, it meets the documentary requirements for entry at all land, air, and sea ports of entry (to include travel from Canada)."

An electronic alert was issued so stolen cards cannot be used at the border, and the AP pointed out that cards were re-issued for their targeted holders. CIS: Worksite Enforcement Plummets under Obama

A new report from the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) found that worksite enforcement has plummeted over the past couple of years. Using internal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) statistics, the report charges that the Obama administration has "largely abandoned efforts to enforce the laws against hiring illegal workers." (CIS, ICE Records Reveal Steep Drop in Worksite Enforcement Since 2013, June 2015)
When President Obama took office in 2009 he dramatically changed the way ICE handled worksite enforcement. Rather than continuing the practice of sending ICE agents into worksites and arresting illegal alien workers, President Obama ordered ICE to audit I-9 documents required for new hires and impose fines on the employers. (ICE News Release, July 1, 2009; see New York Times, July 9, 2010; FAIR Legislative Update, Mar. 5, 2014) However, while previous worksite enforcement efforts were unannounced, ICE started giving employers advanced notice that they will inspect the I-9 forms — giving employers who used illegal alien labor an opportunity to cover their tracks before ICE arrived.
The ICE data analyzed by CIS show that the steep decline in the number of worksite I-9 audits has resulted in fewer employer arrests and fines collected. From 2010 to 2014, there were approximately 200 employer arrests a year though the number has been trending downward since a high of 240 in 2012. (CIS, ICE Records Reveal Steep Drop in Worksite Enforcement Since 2013, June 2015) This year, CIS projects there will only be 65 employer arrests. (Id.) Similarly, from 2011 to 2014, ICE collected more than $8 million a year in fines. (Id.) In 2015, ICE is expected to collect approximately half of that, or $4,620,000. (Id.)
The abandonment of worksite enforcement also corresponds with the failure of S. 744, the mass guest worker amnesty bill. From 2009 to 2013 (the year the Senate introduced and passed S. 744), ICE worksite audits increased from 1,444 to 3,127, presumably in an attempt to show that the Obama administration would enforce our immigration laws. (Id.) Then, in 2014 when it was clear the House would not pass the amnesty bill, worksite audits significantly dropped to 1,320. (Id.) This year, ICE is on pace to perform only 435 worksite audits.
